WAACKING

Waacking is a style of self expression in dance that was originally born in 70th in the club scene of the West Coast of USA. It was created by black and latin american gay community and wast danced mainly to disco music. Then after some years it just disappeared. Only in the beginning of 00's people started slowly to rediscover this dance phenomenon, which is now growing in so many different ways. In this class we will touch the basic elements, listen to some classic waacking tunes, have a fun time with some coordination drills and will definitely learn once and forever the difference between waacking and vogue. I invite all of you to dress up (only if you feel like this), put on your gorgeous outfits, makeup (maybe heels, if you like) and a have little disco fever trip with me.
