Physical training method, which seeks for the free and spontaneous movement through the development of the ability to play with others.

A hybrid practic with roots in Yôga and Capoeira, the Organic Flow Method has a progressive strengthening program, which leads the participant to gain mobility, stability and strength in a fun way, without putting the integrity of the body at risk.

The main objective of this practice is to produce health in the body-mind-spirit structure, prevent injuries and improve the psycho-physical performance of those who practice it.

The practice is always in person, but the conducting process can be done online too. In addition to mobility exercises on the floor and activation of the body's internal musculature, OFM presents a proposal for games that encourages the individual search for new patterns of movement, which works from the interaction - online or in person - between two or more bodies . To develop in this method, it is necessary to gain self-knowledge, awareness and the capacity to express your self.

ORGANIC – In respect for the natural process of the human motor development during the first year of life. Inspired by the essence of Capoeira game, this progressive strengthening method gives up on mechanical and repetitive exercises to emphasize the free and creative exploration in the attitude of playing with something.

FLOW – In reference to the search for the "flow state", which is one of the main pillars of the method. Inspired by the ancient practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) of Hatha Yôga, through the synchrony between breathing and body movement, we seek to flow in relation to the other, like water.

In the ORGANIC FLOW METHOD, you can practice alone, in pairs or in groups, in person or online, using or not objects for support. This work has been used to prepare actors, dancers, athletes and even people with special needs for over 20 years.

Connection + Flow = Criativity
